Checklist

NSO Checklist

New Student Orientation is mandatory for all incoming freshman and transfer students. Below we offer several options to choose from.

We have outlined your pre-arrival checklist. If you do not complete it by July 15, 2026, please call our office for assistance at (706) 821-8200.

Finalize your enrollment and prepare for transition to Paine College by completing the steps in this checklist BEFORE July 15, 2026:

Application & Transcripts

Be sure to submit Paine application and official transcripts from your high school, dual enrollment or any transfer credits. Check your status: (706) 821.8320.

Final Transcripts

Submit your FINAL high school transcript and any college transcripts to the Office of Admissions.

Financial Aid Status

Check your Financial Aid Status. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before June 30, 2026. Be sure to add our school code 001587.

Additional Scholarship Information

Pay Fees

Pay your fees to secure your spot:
• Application Fee $25 (one-time fee)
• Housing Deposit $250 (one-time fee)
• Enrollment Fee $150 (one-time fee)

PaineNet

Log into PaineNet, this is your student portal. OPEN and READ your Paine email at least twice a week for updates before move in.

Housing

Planning to live on campus? Complete the Housing Application | Contact Residential Life with questions.

Class Schedule

For any questions regarding your class schedule email Records Office Staff.
To see your class schedule you can log into PaineNet. (Use a computer to log in for initial review).

Sunday, August 2, 2026 Freshman Class Induction Ceremony
