Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for overseeing all aspects of undergraduate registration and the maintenance of official academic records. This includes course scheduling, transcript processing, veterans’ affairs, enrollment verification, and the application of graduation requirements in accordance with published academic regulations.

In addition, the Office ensures compliance with all governmental, institutional, and accreditation standards. All student records and transactions are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Many services are available to current students through the College’s online Student Information System, PaineNet. While we strive to deliver services efficiently and accurately, all processes and procedures are developed and administered in full compliance with FERPA guidelines, safeguarding students’ privacy rights related to their academic records.
