ACCREDITATION AND MEMBERSHIPS

Paine is a Candidate for Accreditation by TRACS

Paine College is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), [15935 Forest Road, Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: (434) 525-9539; e-mail: info@tracs.org] having been awarded Candidate Status as a Category II Institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on August 2, 2018. This status is effective for a period of five years. TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDOE), the Council for Higher Education (CHEA) Accreditation and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). As a member of TRACS, Paine College is eligible for Financial Aid and Federal Grants. Paine's Department of Education is Nationally Accredited

The Paine College Department of Education Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher preparation program is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). Contact CAEP at 1140 19th St NW, Suite 400 Washington, DC 20036 or call (202) 223-0077 for questions about the accreditation of Paine College. The ECE teacher preparation program is also approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC).

Paine's Department of Business is Nationally Accredited

The Paine College Department of Business is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) to offer the Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting, International Business, Management, Management Information Systems, and Marketing.

Paine is Affiliated with the United Methodist Church

Paine College is approved by the University Senate of The United Methodist Church for listing as a United Methodist Church-related institution. 

Paine is Affiliated with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church
