• Student of the Month: Nominated by peers, faculty, or staff
• Staff Star: For the people who make Paine run, seen and unseen
• Faculty Excellence: For teaching, mentorship, and scholarly impact
And each year, one honoree per constituency will be named the P.A.W.S. Champion of the Year — the highest recognition Paine College bestows through this program — and inducted permanently into the Paine College Hall of Honor.
