The Office of the Registrar is responsible for all aspects of undergraduate registration and academic records such as class schedule, transcript processing, veteran affairs, and verifying enrollment. The office also has the responsibility of ensuring that governmental and accreditation compliance standards are met, and applying graduation requirements according to published regulations. All transactions are confidential.
Many of our services are available to current students via our online Student Information System called PaineNet. Although we aim to efficiently deliver services, all processes and procedures are developed and carried out in line with FERPA guidelines, ensuring the privacy rights of students as it relates to academic records.
