Requesting a Vehicle
Paine College provides the availability of a number of Fleet vehicles for use by both the Student Organizations on campus and for all of the Faculty and Staff members.
Currently Available Paine College Vehicles:
- Two Sedans
- Two 15 passenger vans
The charge for sedans is $35/day and the charge for vans is $75/day
Requests where a College Fleet Driver is NOT needed
For Faculty and Staff to reserve the use of a college fleet vehicle without the need for a College Fleet Driver:
- Please complete and submit the Transportation Request Form.
- You will also need to sign a Waiver of Liability Form.

PLEASE NOTE: When students will be the passengers in any College Fleet Vehicle additional paperwork (Academic Travel Roster and Waiver of Liability Form) will need to be completed before the Fleet Vehicle keys will be issued.
Requests where a College Fleet Driver IS needed
For requesting the need for a Fleet vehicle and a College Fleet Vehicle Driver please complete and submit the Transportation Request Form.
Please be considerate towards our College Fleet drivers and avoid scheduling flights to arrive or depart from airport before 8:00am or after 10:00pm (locally) and before 8:00am or after 8pm (out of the Augusta area).
Confirmations will be sent to the original requester when a College Fleet Driver has confirmed availability to complete a trip.
Please note: Confirmation will be sent to the original requestor once all necessary forms have been received and all details have been confirmed by the Transportation Department. The transportation fleet is to be used for college related business only. The fleet cannot transport for personal reasons and should transport only persons who are conducting college affiliated business.
Requests for Pick-up/Drop-off Service to Airports
For Faculty and Staff members who require pick-up and drop-off service to airports, please complete and submit the Airport Service Request Form.
Trips involving Students
Student Organizations frequently have opportunities to travel off-campus for the purpose of participating in competitions, matches, meets, or gatherings as a result of their activities. In order to do this, the organization's advisor, a faculty or staff member must complete the Transportation Request Form, Academic Travel Roster, and Waiver of Liability Form prior to the trip.
